What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Paypal, which is secure checkout.
When will my order be delivered?
UK DELIVERY: Standard Delivery: Each order is packaged on the same day and posted the next by Royal Mail recorded 1st class delivery. This service takes 1-2 working days but is not guaranteed. Express Delivery: Orders placed before midday can be posted on the same day, providing you email us prior to ordering to confirm that we can meet your requirements.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: Each international order is packaged on the same day and posted the next by airmail. If you would like a faster delivery method, please contact us with your zip code/country and we will reply with additional shipping costs.

What if I want to return unsuitable items?
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: We accept returns requests up until 14days after you receive the item providing the item is in perfect condition with all original tags and receipt and returned to us using a tracked service. If you require a refund, please contact us BEFORE returning the package. We will issue you a refund reference number and arrange the return with you via email. All returns will be refunded the day they arrive with us minus original and return postage costs. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on sale items, earrings, lingerie and hosiery.
To ensure a successful shopping experience with LA LA LAND, please read the descriptions carefully and ask all questions before purchasing.
GET IN TOUCH: Email us with some information about who you are and what you make. Ideally you will be able to send us images of your current collection or a look book, along with your wholesale and retail prices. We stock on both wholesale and Sale or Return basis.
BE BRAVE: It can be daunting approaching a boutique as you may feel that your product is not retail ready. We offer free advice on how to get your product onto the shop floor - come in for a chat and we can discuss it!
Will you support my charity/event?
We get asked every week to donate money and raffle prizes to local charities and organisations. Unfortunately, we are unable to donate to everyone, therefore we support four chosen charities per year. We are however, more than happy to spread the work of local charities and events by putting flyers in bags we give to customers.
Do you have an vacancies or work experience slots?
Unfortunately, we are not looking to hire at this time or take on any interns. Please keep checking back as we will update this soon!
