We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days when choosing our STANDARD shipping, but in peak times, this can take up to 7 working days. If you choose our PRIORITY shipping, we aim to deliver within 2-3 days. We also offer a NEXT DAY shipping option at £7.95. Next day delivery is only available Mon-Thurs providing your order is made before 11am. If you order after 11am, then your order will be sent via our Next Day service the following working day. If you order on a Friday, your order will not be sent via our Next Day service until the next working day. All Next Day and Standard orders will require a signature on delivery and are guaranteed delivery before 1pm. Please keep our delivery times in mind when ordering. Please be aware that when ordering custom products, made-to-order products, or pre-order products made to your specifications, i.e. stamped jewellery, these items can take 10-14 working days before delivery.
Getting an order shipped to a business address? Read this first please: Due to an increase in our non-tracked mail (small, inexpensive orders) going missing en route to business addresses with mail rooms, we ask that if possible, to get your orders sent to a domestic, home address.
You should receive your Newsletter Discount Code immediately after signing up for our newsletter. If you do not receive an email with a discount code, please contact us, and we will issue you with a code. Please do this before ordering. If you order before receiving your discount code email, we will not be able to refund the difference.
For each order, only one code can be used at checkout at any one time.
All orders received before 3pm Monday - Friday (Greenwich Mean Time) will be processed within 24 hrs depending upon item availability and payment verification. Orders placed after 3pm (GMT) will begin processing the following business day.
We do not process orders at the weekend. All orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing on Monday. Orders placed on UK bank holidays will begin processing the following day.
How do I initiate a return?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details for the item(s) you would like to return. We will then send you an address label. All returns postage must be paid for by the customer.
Can I return a Sale item?
No, sales of discounted items are non-returnable.
What else can't I return?
As well as Sale items, all sales of jewellery, food, hair accessories, lingerie and swimwear are final.
When will I receive a refund?
Your refund will be processed within 5 working days and will be made via the original payment method used.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14days for UK orders and 21days for International orders.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in a sellable condition with all tags & packaging intact.
Returns must be packed safely and securely to prevent damage in the post. If items arrive back with us damaged, then a fee may be deducted from your refund.
All returns must be sent via a trackable service.
All shipping fees (original and subsequent) are non-refundable.
International Shipping All International orders are sent via Airmail and can take up to 20 working days and orders may get help up at customs. Please be aware that the customer may have to pay customs fees.
International shipping costs are determined upon weight of your order. This will be calculated at point of checkout.
Free International Shipping on orders over £100 is available at point of checkout.
If your order has failed to arrive, please contact us within 30days of placing your order and we will track it for you. Please remember that Made-To-Order, Pre-Order and Custom items can take up to 14 working days, in some cases, but in-stock items (i.e. stock that isn't labelled with these tags) should arrive within 7days after placing your order.
