INTERN
We are looking for someone to join our team three mornings/afternoons a week for eight weeks. As this post is an unpaid internship, this role would suit a student looking for experience in the retail industry.
Daily tasks may include:
- Printing invoices & address labels
- Packing orders
- Posting orders
- Communicating with followers via our social media channels
- Writing product descriptions
- Photographing products
- Creating e-newsletters
- Brainstorming ideas
The successful applicant will:
- be knowledgable about our brand
- be passionate about fashion and pop culture
- understand our brand's message and customer base
- have excellent grammar, spelling & imaginative creative writing skills
- be able to work alone & show initiative
- be confident, outgoing, and keen to learn and be part of something fun!

LA LA LAND is a young, contemporary multi-brand retailer focusing on pop culture inspired gifts, cute clothing and statement jewellery. We are an established Glasgow based boutique, having only recently made the transition from bricks n' mortar store to 100% online retailing! This year, we launched our first own label clothing collection and have collaborated with some talented artists.
LA LA LAND has an in-house lifestyle brand called POPCULT which includes POPCULT branded pencils, stationery and jewellery.
LA LA LAND is currently a small business looking to expand. We are looking for enthusiastic people who live and breathe pop culture, are obsessed with social media and have experience working in retail.
