How do I initiate a return?
Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and details for the item(s) you would like to return. We will then reply with a returns label for you to print, fill in & attach to the returning parcel.
Can I return a Sale item?
No, sales of discounted items are non-returnable.
What else can't I return?
As well as Sale items, all sales of jewellery, food, hair accessories, lingerie and swimwear are final.
When will I receive a refund?
Your refund will be processed within 5 working days and will be made via the original payment method used.
Returns Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14days for UK orders and 21days for International orders.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in a sellable condition with all tags & packaging intact.
Returns must be packed safely and securely to prevent damage in the post. If items arrive back with us damaged, then a fee may be deducted from your refund.
All returns must be sent via a trackable service.
All shipping fees (original and subsequent) are non-refundable.
